Decent overall, but defective right-click button December 31, 2008 Seamus (SoCal USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Like most MS mice, this one is a comfortable shape, and has a decent feature set. I use it with a MacBook Pro and it was easily recognized and set up without a problem. All basic functions work but there are two problems:
1. Construction is cheap and flimsy, feels like it was made with very cheap materials.
2. The right-click button fails regularly and stops responding. It requires a dozen or so hard presses to finally open a right-click dialog. Unfortunately this problem arose after the mouse was out of warranty, so I have to deal with this major annoyance or purchase a replacement (likely a different model).
5000 Bluetooth Mouse December 28, 2008 James Smith (Manistee, MI USA) Good price and good performace. Easy identification by computer and instant recognition at repeat sessions. Good size for travel, not too large to pack and not too small to use.
Bluetooth Mouse December 25, 2008 Paul Orihuela (DAVIS, CA) This Mouse is great. I had no problem setting it up and using it. Although it is small, it is very easy to get used to because it is so light to move around. Oh Yah'a did I mention that I use it for gaming. It never misses a beat when I need it for Battlefield 2. Great buy. I should mention that one of the reasons it is so light is that it uses only 2 AAA batteries.
bluetooth mouse December 24, 2008 T. Daniel (Arizona, USA) The mouse will not link up with my computer. Both have bluetooth capability and I have tried many times and still cannot get them to synch up. They did synch up very well at first, but for some reason when the batteries needed changing the mouse will not synch up again.
Microsoft Bluetooth Netbook Mouse 5000 December 24, 2008 J. Wysocki I purchased this wireless bluetooth mouse for my Samsung NC10 netbook. So far it works great. Just pop the two AAA batteries provided in, switch the power button on, turn on the bluetooth on the netbook, and voila! Comes with a cool pouch too! Recommend for anyone who needs a small wireless bluetooth laser mouse for a notebook or netbook.
